Force USA C20 All-In-One Trainer

Force USA's flagship 3x3 all-in-one: a Single Track Smith machine (plate-loaded, Olympic only) plus a functional trainer / lat pulldown / low row system on dual 200 lb weight stacks (upgradable to 250/300 lb per side), on 11-gauge true 3x3in uprights with 1in holes at 2in spacing - marketed as an 'open-source training system' compatible with third-party attachments. Selectable ratios run 2:1 up to a combined 1:2 (400-600 lb) on the lower pulleys. Includes Quick-Lock J-Cups and Quick-Lock Spotter Arms (19in, converts to a dip station); 22 attachments in the box, ~5 hours of assembly.

Setup varies — check the maker's instructions for anchoring and spotter-arm guidance.

See the floorspace it needsBeta

This marks out the space the Force USA C20 All-In-One Trainer claims — its published footprint and height at true size, like taping off the spot in your garage. It shows the room it needs, not the machine itself.

Floorspace footprint Floorspace only — the maker's published footprint marked out on the floor at true size. Not a 3D model of the machine: this equipment's shape can't be drawn honestly from its published numbers, but the floor it needs can. 77″ × 66″ of floor · 88″ tall.

FMTS aggregates fit evidence from specifications, owners, manufacturers, and occasional first-party testing. A fit report documents that parts mate; it is not a certification that a product is safe to load.

Recommend, mixed, or don't-recommend from people who own the Force USA C20 All-In-One Trainer. No stars and no average — a rating out of five hides more than it says. Verdicts inform you; they never move this product's ranking anywhere on the site.

Questions & answers

The things a spec sheet doesn't answer. Questions go to people who own the Force USA C20 All-In-One Trainer; answers carry a label saying where they came from — owner, former owner, or checked by us. A label tells you who's talking. It never decides who's right.

Concrete questions get answered: will it fit, what's included, how does it behave under load. Every question is read before it posts, and no links are allowed.

The line holds flat between observations — a price only moves when a check actually saw it move.

Diamond points were recovered from the Internet Archive's snapshots of the merchant's page — real past prices, but reconstructed, not observed live by FMTS.
