XMark Half Rack Functional Trainer with Lat Pulldown and Low Row

A half-rack functional trainer with dual 220 lb aluminum-pulley weight stacks feeding two independently height-adjustable pulley carriages (1:1 lat / 2:1 low row) across 35 laser-cut positions. Ships WITHOUT J-hooks (XMark's own product imagery and copy state no J-Hooks). The owner attributes a 75x75mm-class metric 3x3 upright with 1in holes (2026-07-16); XMark's published spec table is silent on the exact cross-section and hole size. Stands 101.5 in tall - XMark recommends a 9-ft ceiling. Sold with or without a steel shroud ($300 more), from $3,889.

Setup varies — check the maker's instructions for anchoring and spotter-arm guidance.

See the floorspace it needsBeta

This marks out the space the XMark Half Rack Functional Trainer with Lat Pulldown and Low Row claims — its published footprint and height at true size, like taping off the spot in your garage. It shows the room it needs, not the machine itself.

Floorspace footprint Floorspace only — the maker's published footprint marked out on the floor at true size. Not a 3D model of the machine: this equipment's shape can't be drawn honestly from its published numbers, but the floor it needs can. 55″ × 57″ of floor · 101.5″ tall.

Rack attachments

Every rack-mounted attachment in the catalog, checked against this rack's mounting specs and ecosystem listings, grouped by what the evidence says. Each tile carries its verdict — open “why?” for the evidence, confidence, and full reasoning.

Fit evidence on other makers' attachments — same evidence standard, cross-brand. Check the evidence line on anything load-bearing.

Wall Ball Target

FMTS aggregates fit evidence from specifications, owners, manufacturers, and occasional first-party testing. A fit report documents that parts mate; it is not a certification that a product is safe to load.

Recommend, mixed, or don't-recommend from people who own the XMark Half Rack Functional Trainer with Lat Pulldown and Low Row. No stars and no average — a rating out of five hides more than it says. Verdicts inform you; they never move this product's ranking anywhere on the site.

Questions & answers

The things a spec sheet doesn't answer. Questions go to people who own the XMark Half Rack Functional Trainer with Lat Pulldown and Low Row; answers carry a label saying where they came from — owner, former owner, or checked by us. A label tells you who's talking. It never decides who's right.

Concrete questions get answered: will it fit, what's included, how does it behave under load. Every question is read before it posts, and no links are allowed.

Diamond points were recovered from the Internet Archive's snapshots of the merchant's page — real past prices, but reconstructed, not observed live by FMTS.
