Rackable Cambered Spider Bar
Specs validated · FMTS schema
A rackable cambered bar that combines the SS Yoke Bar's padded yoke with a deep camber: 80 lb and 86 in long. The low hang makes squats and good mornings harder to stabilize and easier on the shoulders.
